Description

After driving through the town of Chloride Az, you start the trail with the murals. Painted by Ron Purcell in 1966, then repainted in 2006 these are a quirky find in the middle the of the desert. After the mural you can take a right side off -shoot to an amazing overlook. Once back on the main trail you can continue to Rainbow Mine which has sat unused since World War II. Once you are done exploring the mine you can head back to town or continue the full loop to Big Wash Road (Map name: Chloride Full Loop)
